Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the proxy.sb website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by proxy.sb ("proxy.sb", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, depositing funds, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

proxy.sb provides access to proxy infrastructure, including datacenter, residential, and mobile proxy products offered as traffic (bandwidth) packages, static IP plans, and time-limited unlimited access, subject to availability and the specifications shown at purchase. Features, pricing, countries, and pool characteristics may change over time.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.

You may not share your account in a way that circumvents usage limits or billing, resell access to the Service without our written permission, or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, limits, or enforcement actions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive for extended periods, subject to applicable law.

3. Deposits, balance, and billing

The Service uses a prepaid USD balance funded through cryptocurrency deposits processed by our payment provider. Displayed prices, minimum deposits, and billing units (per GB, per IP per period, or per day) are shown before you confirm a purchase.

• Deposits are generally final once confirmed on the blockchain and credited to your balance, except where we are required to reverse a transaction due to error, fraud, or legal obligation.
• Purchases and renewals debit your balance automatically according to the product you select. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance for ongoing use and renewals (including static IP renewal cycles).
• We do not guarantee that unused balance or prepaid capacity can be refunded. Any refund or credit is at our sole discretion unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where your traffic originates or terminates.

You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, theft, unauthorized access, credential stuffing, or identity theft;
• Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or participate in denial-of-service or similar attacks;
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages in violation of anti-spam laws;
• Access child sexual abuse material or any content that is illegal to possess or distribute;
• Circumvent security measures of third parties except where you have explicit authorization to test those systems;
• Misrepresent your affiliation or use the Service in a manner that could damage proxy.sb or third parties.

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with law enforcement. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination without refund, and preservation of relevant logs as permitted by law.

5. Third-party services and targets

Your use of proxies to interact with third-party websites, APIs, or networks is your responsibility. Those parties may block, rate-limit, or take action against your traffic. We do not warrant that any particular target will accept proxy traffic or remain accessible.

6. API access

If you use our API, you must keep API keys secret, respect documented rate limits, and use the API only for purposes consistent with these Terms. We may revoke keys or access that threaten stability or security of the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, capacity limits, network conditions, and force majeure events may cause outages or degraded performance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or products with reasonable notice where practicable. Price changes apply to new purchases unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, documentation, and content, is owned by proxy.sb or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PROXY EXITS WILL BE UNIQUE, UNBLOCKED, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROXY.SB AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless proxy.sb and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or traffic, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

14. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and proxy.sb regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of proxy.sb, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
